Feburary  17
 Annual MHPVA meeting at the U of M campus. Annual Wolverbent meeting following the MHPVA meeting. Plan for the coming year of riding, bring your bike for show and tell.  1 to 4 pm in the Frances Xavier Bagnoud Building, on the corner of Beal and Hayward streets on the U of M north campus. Boeing Auditorium.

 Michigan Recumbent Rally East - Willow Metropark (southwest Detroit area), hosted by Wolverbents  (free to ride, fee for park motor vehicle entry)

 Midwest Ryan Rendevous - held in conjunction with the Midwest Recumbent Rally East (above.) Group ride and photo at 12 noon. Swap meet for used recumbents/parts (park rules, however, prohibit actual sales within the Metropark). Ride options of 7, 26, 45 and 62 miles. Lodging options available in nearby Ann Arbor, Michigan (home of the University of Michigan with numerous restaurants, bookstores, shops).  Wolverine 200 - Attempt to ride 25 miles in 2 hours,  50 miles in 4 hours, 75 miles in 5 hours, 100 miles in 7 hours, or 200 miles in 12 hours. Flat, closed course

 Recumbent Racing!!! Michigan Human Powered Vehicle Association HPRA Rally - Waterford Sportsman's Club , Clarkston, Michigan (between Detroit and Flint,) just off I-75. (fee to race, free to watch)

 Michigan Recumbent Rally Central - Holt Michigan, 10 am to 3 pm. From US-127, take the Cedar Street exit and go northwest. Hosted by Holt Pro Cyclery, 1830 N Cedar Street.
July 14
 Michigan Recumbent Rally, Central. For 2007, the Michigan Recumbent Rally West will move to Kentwood, Michigan, near Grand Rapids, and be hosted by WizWheelz, Michigan's own recumbent trike manufacturer, at their new facility. For more details when available, see the Wolverbents events page.

 Hilly Hundred - Who says recumbents can't climb? Not us. Hilly features two days of riding and 5000 feet of climbing in the glacial moraines of southern Indiana. (fee, no DOE entries)
