If the Saturday weather forecast holds (high-of-75 and west wind), Saturday morning’s 8 a.m. “Z” rides from Sawdon will be (1) a 56-mile Lake Odessa and (2) a 100.8-mile Parmalee-Middleville-Thornapple Trail.

Two routes.  The routes of both rides will run together for the first 28 miles (to Lake Odessa).  The century ride also passes through Freeport, Middleville, Hastings, and Vermontville before returning to Sawdon.  The Lake Odessa ride returns directly to Sawdon, avoiding the road closure on Musgrove.

Directions to Start. The ride starts in Grand Ledge.  From the intersection of M-43 and M-100 in Grand Ledge, drive west on M-43.  At the 1st traffic light (Jenne), turn right.  Drive 0.6 miles north on Jenne.  The parking lot for the Administration Building (Sawdon) will be on your right.

Cancelation.  The ride is canceled if the roads are wet.
